By request, here’s my Brumfield’s Bakery lot for Magnolia Promenade. The bakery half of the lot is partially furnished with the basics that you need to start a bakery business there (there’s even a kitchen, which isn’t very fancy, but it’ll do). The other half is completely empty. It’s up to you to do whatever you want with this lot!

I reduced the amount of CC needed, so there’s not much, but make sure to download from the links below. Also, this lot requires the Outdoor Retreat Game Pack (for the siding) and of course, the Get to Work EP.

Details:

• Lot size: 20 x 20
  
• Lot Location: “JF&S Clothiers” in Magnolia Promenade
  
• Recommended to place in Build Mode due to resized items
  
• Make sure you have the “moveobjects” cheat OFF before placing
  

To install, download the RAR file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 7 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder. 

If you can’t see the lot in your Library, make sure to check “Include Custom Content” under “Advanced” options in the Gallery.
