Here’s Sherwood Cottage, mostly furnished and move-in ready. The only rooms that are empty are the two extra bedrooms and the basement. The decorating is pretty sparse, however (no curtains, not much clutter), so you might still want to re-decorate or spruce it up a bit.

I used a foundation from Outdoor Retreat and some objects from Get to Work, but you should be OK without them.
