Here’s the unfurnished shell of my Callahan’s Pub lot, uploaded by request. Feel free to modify it in any way you wish! Even though it’s unfurnished, there is some CC required for the exterior. Also required are the Get Together and Get to Work EPs, as well as Outdoor Retreat (just for the columns at the back). The Gallery is also stating that it requires Spooky Stuff, but I can’t find anything from that pack on the lot, so if you don’t have that SP, you won’t miss it!

Please note that I have SimCookie’s Snow Mod installed in my game currently, so if you don’t have that mod, the trees/planters/etc. will look a bit different for you.

• To install, download the RAR file from the link below. Extract/unzip the folder and copy its contents (there should be 8 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder. 
  
• If you can’t see the lot in your Library, make sure to check “Include Custom Content” under “Advanced” options in the Gallery
