By request, I’ve uploaded the first house I built in TS4, the Newbury (inspired by this Sears Home plan). I didn’t have the original anymore so I rebuilt it from scratch and added a walk-out basement. It’s fully furnished and completely CC-free.

I tried to stick to mostly base game items, but I did use a few things from Get to Work, Get Together, Movie Night, and Romantic Garden. If you don’t have those packs, you won’t really miss anything (except perhaps the dining room table, which is from Movie Night).
