This just a quick CC-free starter I built - it’s only partially furnished but it does have at least the bare minimum for the bathroom and kitchen. There’s one cheap bed but no living/dining furniture. The two bedrooms and one bathroom are fairly spacious so hopefully you can fill them up with stuff later on!

• To install, download the ZIP file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 6 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.
