Dawson House is one of the Victorians I built for my Newlyn Hills project. I finished decorating it last night and figured I might as well upload it! It was created for the adorable Dawson family by @spladoum and is completely CC-free.

It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a small “bonus” room upstairs which is a combination games/creativity/computer room. You could easily turn it into a fourth bedroom by replacing the archway with a proper door.

The backyard is pretty small but there’s a grill, patio table/chairs, and a few spots for planting harvestables. The front porch is also quite roomy.

• To install, download the ZIP file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 8 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.
