Forgotten Farmhouse (previously the Old Brick Farmhouse) is CC-free and move-in ready (if you don’t mind a few piles of trash, dangling cobwebs, crumbling walls, and a slightly overgrown yard). Yes, it’s perfect for Sims who want a fixer-upper or enjoy living in squalor. 

There’s a little garden with a few plants in need of care, an open shed which houses one lonely spider, and a basement which may look a bit creepy but is really just old and messy. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (with a random cobbled-together toilet in the aforementioned basement).

As for being move-in ready, it has the basics (and has been playtested), but is really only partially furnished. You’ll want to either renovate completely or add some stuff! Or, you know, become a minimalist.
